Disable Startup Apps

• Press the Windows Key and search "startup", & press Enter. This should open settings to the Startup Apps section.
• Go through this list and turn off everything that isn't 100% essential
• Examples of unessential programs are Discord, Microsoft Edge & Phone Link
• Examples of essential programs are Realtek HD Audio Manager, Action1 & Microsoft Defender
